Mr Sadat is an experienced marine and aquaculture professional whose career combines diving expertise, military service, marine operations and hands-on aquaculture development. He began as a diving instructor in 1992, developing expertise in underwater safety, marine conditions, equipment handling and risk management.

From 1995 to 2008, military service strengthened his leadership, discipline, operational preparedness and teamwork. He subsequently developed aquaculture experience with grouper, lobster, seaweed and sea cucumber, as well as practical knowledge of floating restaurants, resorts and offshore facilities.

His field-oriented leadership connects biological production, infrastructure, logistics, safety and personnel management. He remains focused on commercially sustainable marine operations that create long-term value while respecting the surrounding ecosystem.

Mr Adam serves as a regional director at Jagad Buana UK Limited and Jagad Buana Berhad, leading strategic initiatives and cross-border engagements across Asia and Europe. More than 26 years in trading and development have given him experience across agriculture, aquaculture, gold and tin mining, bullion, rubber, and oil and gas.

His work includes engagements with ASEAN counterparts and clients in Europe, the Americas and the Middle East. He has supported funding and development programmes, cooperation among national agencies and projects involving organisations in Thailand, the Philippines and Malaysia.

His experience in government-linked projects, multinational development, commercial strategy and high-value commodity logistics supports Project SILAC's investment, partnership and international market objectives.

Mr Qiu has more than 35 years of experience in international seafood trading, procurement, importation, distribution and sales. Based in Hanoi, he has developed sourcing networks across Australia, China, Indonesia and other major seafood markets, handling rock lobster, king crab, eel and other premium live products.

His specialist knowledge of live-seafood logistics covers survival, temperature control, handling and time-sensitive air and land delivery. He has built strong hospitality, market and distribution relationships across northern Vietnam and practical cross-border trade experience with China.

A former General Manager at Asia Yuezhong Food Company, he has also been involved with the Vietnam Fisheries Association and leads a team of approximately 20 personnel.

Mr Lai has more than three decades of experience in architectural hardware consultancy. After earning a Bachelor of Science in the United States in 1995, he established LKR Company in 2004 and developed a reputation for technical knowledge, professional integrity and dependable solutions.

In 2017, he expanded into environmental rehabilitation and ecological restoration, applying iQPR technology to water, soil and marine initiatives. His international project exposure spans Malaysia, China, Cambodia and Saudi Arabia.

He continues to advocate the integration of technology, sustainability and responsible environmental management to restore natural ecosystems and strengthen long-term resilience.

Mr Tang is a civil engineer and entrepreneur with nearly four decades of experience. A First Class Honours graduate in Civil Engineering from University Malaya in 1986, he held senior roles at Fook Chan Industries and Pryda Australia before leading businesses in roof-truss systems, sawmilling, timber supply and building materials.

He contributed to industry standards through SISIR Singapore, the Malaysia Wood Preserving Association and SIRIM's revision of Malaysian Standard MS 360:2006. His international leadership experience includes executive roles in Sudan and the United States.

From 2000 to 2022, he served as Director and Shareholder of IQPR Sdn Bhd. He became a partner at IQWave Sdn Bhd in 2025 and currently serves as Project Management Representative at Jagad Buana Berhad.

Mr Rizal's career combines diving, military service, marine operations and aquaculture. Beginning as a diving instructor in 1992, he developed strong foundations in underwater safety, equipment handling and risk awareness before serving in the military from 1995 to 2008.

His aquaculture experience spans grouper, lobster, seaweed and sea cucumber. His work with floating restaurants and resorts added practical knowledge of offshore infrastructure, logistics, changing sea conditions and personnel management.

He contributes a disciplined, field-oriented perspective supporting the integration of biological production, marine infrastructure, operational safety and environmental responsibility.

Mr Ahmad Multazam brings a multidisciplinary background spanning technology, compliance, business development and consultancy. More than 24 years in software programming and web-application development have built expertise in digital systems, databases, integration, technical support and operational problem-solving.

His work in Halal, HACCP and GMP compliance includes certification applications, renewals, documentation, audit preparation, regulatory coordination and structured assurance systems. He also contributes experience in entrepreneurship, digital marketing, product development and certification readiness.

By connecting technology, governance and commercial understanding, he supports digital transformation, operational improvement, regulatory readiness and sustainable business development.
